However, finances are one of the main reason patients delay dental treatment. Our team works diligently to estimate your co-pay and work out financing that is within your budget and will help you manage your investment in your health.
The Alpine Creek Dental In-Office Membership Plan is not dental insurance, it is a membership plan that provides discounts on all dental procedures.
We deliver exceptional care which is our promise to our patients. We truly care about our patients regardless of any dental benefits. We accept most major plans. Many times, the coverage of preventative dental care is the same for both in network and out of network. And as a courtesy to our patients, we will file your dental benefits (insurance) claim for you too.
This third-party credit provider can be a helpful alternative to using a credit card, and can be used in conjunction with any dental benefits you may already have.
If you happen to have dental benefits, your dental insurance company will typically cover a portion of your dental care after a deductible is met. Most plans have a maximum allowance per year this is use it or lose it. If you are unsure of your coverage, our highly trained business staff, Hedy and Denise can help you maximize your benefits. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage made by your insurance company.
In the event your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated, you will be responsible to pay the outstanding balance. We will work with you and your insurance company to process your claims. However, we want to remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Payment is expected at the time of service.

How it works:
Through our Care to Share program, patients can refer someone to our office. Current patients and new patients will earn a $50 credit to be used for treatment within a 6 month period.
